Any university can offer classes but it takes a stroke of genius to let the intelligentsia of Corporate America to sharpen the minds of the students. In the coop programs, students learn invaluable work ethics, discipline, corporate culture and domain skills that enable them to leapfrog their peers. This is important in the increasingly competitive job market, and I, as a manager of a high tech company, always prefer students who have gone through the rigor of coop programs.”
