HOW ARE CO-OP STUDENTS MATCHED WITH EMPLOYERS?
Students are selected by employers through on-campus interviews arranged by a Co-op advisor and by resume referrals to the employer. The latter method is usually followed up by telephone interviews and possible visits and in-person interviews at the work location. Either way, job offers are extended to students whose skills match the employers’ needs.
