Application Process
Congratulations on your decision to apply for the co-op program! For best results, we encourage students to join early in the semester. Before applying, please read the information below.
Eligibility: Entering freshmen, dual degree, second undergraduate, and RETP students are eligible to apply without restriction during their first semester at Georgia Tech. In-school applicants must meet the following criteria: - Possess a 2.00 or above GPA - Be in good academic standing - Have at least three school semesters remaining after the first work term. Seniors must obtain a letter from their major school indicating the number of school terms to be completed before graduation. This letter should be e-mailed to the appropriate co-op advisor. Students who are too close to graduation to complete co-op requirements are encouraged to join the Undergraduate Professional Internship (UPI) Program. Required Orientations:
ALL STUDENTS accepted into the Co-op Program at Georgia Tech must attend ONE mandatory orientation meeting before scheduling job interviews. For dates, locations, and times, click HERE.
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS with an F-1 Visa must attend ONE mandatory International Student Orientation in addition to the mandatory meeting mentioned above. For dates, locations, and times, click HERE.
