Congratulations on your decision to apply for the co-op program! For best results, we encourage students to join early in the semester. Before applying, please read the information below. Your Co-op program application can be submitted on our CareerBuzz system by completing the required fields under your student personal profile.
Eligibility:
Entering freshmen and transfer students are eligible to apply without restriction during their first semester at Georgia Tech. Freshmen are not eligible to begin a co-op rotation until they have completed at least one semester of school.
In-school applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a 2.00 or above GPA
- Be in good academic standing
- Have at least three school semesters remaining after the first work term.
- Be enrolled full-time the semester prior to the first work term (Summer is an exception).
Seniors must obtain a letter from their major school indicating the number of school terms to be completed before graduation. This letter should be e-mailed to the appropriate co-op advisor.
Students who are too close to graduation to complete the three work term minimum are encouraged to join the Georgia Tech Internship Program (GTIP).
Applicants are required to attend a co-op orientation. Check here to view our calendar.
